1. No Guarantee of Revenue

While the Growth Accelerator is designed to recover missed revenue, Enxea does not guarantee specific financial outcomes. Revenue is dependent on the Client’s ability to close leads, market conditions, and the quality of the Client’s own service delivery.

2. The “10-Partner” Exclusivity & Termination

Enxea maintains a strict limit of 10 active partners. Either party may terminate the monthly management agreement with 30 days’ written notice. Upon termination, the Client retains their CRM data, but access to proprietary Enxea AI configurations and custom-trained voice models will cease.

3. AI Performance & Client Oversight

The Client acknowledges that AI Voice Agents are “trained” entities. While Enxea performs ongoing “Performance Tuning,” the Client is responsible for reviewing call logs and notifying Enxea of any required adjustments to service descriptions or pricing logic used by the AI.

4. Fees and Non-Refundability

The $2,495 Setup Fee is non-refundable once the Strategic Onboarding process has commenced. Monthly management fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable for the current billing cycle.

5. Data Privacy & Ownership

The Client owns all lead data and customer information generated through the system. Enxea owns the proprietary workflows, “Revenue Leak Audit” frameworks, and custom AI prompt engineering developed to run the system.
