Are there any set up fees?

There are NO set-up fees whatsoever!  We have 2 simple pricing packages that suit most real estate agents and brokerages. However, we can develop a custom package to suit your needs. Please contact us to discuss.

How do I know a lead is from you?

Excellent question! When you receive a phone lead from us, you’ll hear a message, “This is a call from Enxea Marketing Group”. For email form submissions, you’ll see a subject line, “This is a lead from Enxea Marketing Group”.

Do I have to sign a long term contract?

No. We ask our customers to sign up for 2 months to start. This is because, it takes some time to really optimize the campaigns. Once we do the leads come in with greater frequency. We’re confident that after the 2 months, you’ll love the convenience and results so much that you’ll stick around for longer.

How long does it take to start receiving leads / website traffic?

It depends on the location you are serving. Once we start running ads / placements, it takes 1 to 3 days for the ads to be approved by Google.  However, it some instances it has taken less time, and in some, taken a little longer.

How does billing work?

It’s pretty simple. Once you pick an marketing services package, we’ll send you an email invoice at the beginning of the month that you can securely pay online.  If you would like to simplify things, you can choose to add your desired Google Ads budget to the price of the marketing service package.

What do you do to generate the leads?

We use a number of ethical marketing practices to get you leads and brand awareness. We own a number of industry-specific websites that we use to showcase our clients. We primarily use paid advertising on Google Ads to customers who are in “buying mode” or “selling mode” for homes as it is by far the most effective source of leads (aside from personal referrals).

Can I split a package with a colleague?

Sure! We can develop a strategy that promotes both agents equally or per an agreement that you have made with them (i.e. 60/40 ad spend split).

How many leads will I get per month?

It all depends on the geographic area that you want to generate leads in and your package. In a bigger city/community, we can generate more leads than smaller/rural areas. These leads are considered “warm” as they are generated from search intent on Google.

Will you sell my leads to my local competition?

Absolutely NOT! Once we have a real estate agent client in a geographic area, we will NOT accept any other clients from that area within reason (you cannot block off a city of 1 million people).

Do you guarantee that will make more sales?

We cannot guarantee more sales because the process / skills of turning a lead into a client is out of our control and subject to your professional sales skills. However, we do guarantee you’ll spend less time doing and thinking about marketing.

Why do you only offer Google Ads?

Our data shows that more people with “intent”, whether it is buying or selling a home, will use Google to find a real estate agent to help them. Other platforms are great for brand awareness, but not for connecting people who are actively looking for a real estate agent.

I don’t have a Google Ads account, can I get you to add the Google Ads budget to the monthly management fee?

Of course!  Most of our clients do not have Google Ads accounts and they find it easier to have us manage it all.

Do you offer a referral program if I know of a colleague who could use your services?

Absolutely! Like you real estate agents, we pride ourselves on the referrals we receive from our happy clients.  If you refer another real estate agent who becomes a client, we’ll give you $150!
